Returns and refunds


At AH Athletics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.


Return Eligibility


Customers may request a return within fourteen days of receiving their order. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All original tags must still be attached, and the item should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.


Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return. AH Athletics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Requests


Customers wishing to initiate a return must contact AH Athletics and provide their order number along with information regarding the item they wish to return. Once the return request has been reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided for completing the return process.


Refund Processing


After a returned item has been received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved. Customers should allow several business days for the refund to appear in their account.


Return Shipping


Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, AH Athletics will work with the customer to resolve the issue appropriately.


Exchanges


Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If a requested replacement item or size is not available, a refund may be issued instead.
