Order Processing


Orders placed through the AH Athletics website are typically processed within one to three business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time refers to the time required for payment verification, order preparation, packaging, and transfer of the shipment to the delivery carrier. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside standard operating hours will begin processing on the next available business day.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details and tracking information. During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, order processing times may take slightly longer than usual. AH Athletics always makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping Availability


At this time, AH Athletics ships orders exclusively within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be canceled and refunded at our discretion. Limiting shipping services to the United States allows us to maintain reliable delivery standards and provide a more consistent customer experience.


Delivery Time Estimates


Delivery times within the United States typically range from five to ten business days depending on the destination, the shipping method selected, and the shipping carrier handling the delivery. These delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.


Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or increased shipping volumes. In such cases, delivery times may be extended. AH Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been transferred for delivery.


Shipping Carriers


Orders placed through the AH Athletics website may be shipped using reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on availability and destination. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the transportation and delivery of the package.


Although AH Athletics cannot control shipping carrier operations, we are committed to assisting customers with resolving delivery issues whenever possible.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the shipping address and delivery service selected by the customer. In some cases, AH Athletics may offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping offers during special events, product launches, or promotional campaigns.

AH Athletics cannot guarantee delivery if the shipping address entered during checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.
